Deadline for applications for the 2008 show is September 28, 2007. Applications will be accepted after this deadline based on space availability. All applications will be reviewed by the committee to ensure they meet the show criteria.

One 110v 15 amp outlet is provided near each booth. Requests for additional electrical services (at no charge) can be made on exhibit application form.

Forklift Services

Forklift will be provided at no charge to assist exhibitors during move-in and move-out times.

Saturday, January 5, 2008 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

General Move In:

Sunday, January 6, 2008 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, January 7, 2008 - 8:00 a.m. to noon (Carry in exhibits only). MUST BE READY FOR NOON OPENING

Move Out Times:

Thursday, January 19, 2008 - 5:00 p.m. to midnight
Friday, January 11, 2008 - 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
