Oilseed Crop Update

Speaker: Cory Jacob, Government of Saskatchewan (Ministry of Agriculture), Provincial Specialist – Oilseed Crops

The presentation will cover an update of the canola, flax and mustard crops for 2022 and include information on production, disease surveys and more.

About The Speaker

Cory is the Provincial Specialist for Oilseed Crops with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture and has held that position since January 2020. Cory works with all oilseed crops and also provincial oilseed grower associations, supporting the oilseed industry in the province. He grew up on a grain farm in southeast Saskatchewan in the Mutrie district. He received both his Bachelor and Masters of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan.
